Despite the rain and wet-cold weather, Sikhs in Vancouver were out on the streets of South Vancouver to celebrate the first Nagar Kirtan post pandemic. The crowd was lower than usual which has never really matched the largest gathering of Sikhs to celebrate the birth of the Khalsa in North America which happens in Surrey but it was a good occasion for the Sikh community to gather to celebrate an auspicious day. As usual, the Sikh community generosity was on wide display with free food and other goodies for the participants.
