With the reality that Canada’s history of racism and brutality finally out in the open with Indian Residential School horrors with thousands of unmarked graves found at old school sites, this year’s Canada Day was a time to reflect and remember the victims. Aboriginal community was joined by many others at this year’s different kind of Canada Day get together in Coquitlam on Thursday.
