Two South Asian Vancouver Police Department officers are among five who were recognized for their bravery and protecting the public from grave crime. The following officers were awarded the Chief Constable’s Citation: Constables Prabh Dhaliwal, Shanan D’Souza, Sean Ferguson, Dallas Taylor, and Malcolm Upton. The five courageously confronted a man armed with a knife. It is an annual recognition of VPD Police officers call to duty fearlessly.
