Newly-minted Premier David Eby and his rebooted large South Asian cabinet including senior ministers Ravi Kahlon and Harry Bains met with members of the South Asian media Monday morning to discuss issues facing the province and in particular Surrey with Housing, Crime and Surrey police transition back to RCMP being the focus of it. Other local issues related to housing including the allegations of mismanagement by PICS Society in relation to their senior housing projects was also brought up with Eby and his Minister saying that a KPMG audit is currently underway for PICS and it’s standard practice for all the projects the province gives funding too.
