A man has been sent to hospital with serious injuries after a shooting in the Surrey-Whalley area Thursday night. At approximately 2130 hours, on December 22, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the 13700 block of Grosvenor road. A male suffering from a gunshot wound was located and transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries.

SURREY – A man has been sent to hospital with serious injuries after a shooting in the Surrey-Whalley area Thursday night.
At approximately 2130 hours, on December 22, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a residence in the 13700 block of Grosvenor road. A male suffering from a gunshot wound was located and transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries.
Officers are currently in the area securing evidence and speaking with witnesses to obtain further information. The investigation is still in its early stages and Police are working to determine the motive for the shooting.
