An Indo-Canadian dentist has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting patients at his clinic in Ajax, Ontario. Dr. Sunilkumar Patel, 36, of Ajax is charged with two counts of Sexual Assault. Patel has been sexually assaulting a patient during her appointments. Police are concerned that there may be other victims. The dentist also works at Family Smile Dentistry at 3480 Lawrence Ave East in Scarborough.

AJAX – An Indo-Canadian dentist has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting patients at his clinic in Ajax, Ontario.

Dr. Sunilkumar Patel, 36, of Ajax is charged with two counts of Sexual Assault.

Patel has been sexually assaulting a patient during her appointments.

Investigators say they were informed of the incident that took place on July 13 at KC Dental in Ajax.

They allege during two of the victim’s appointments, the dentist touched the victim inappropriately.

On Sat, July 13, 2024, the victim visited KC Dental at 280 Rossland Road East in Ajax. During two of the victim’s appointments, the dentist allegedly touched the victim inappropriately.

Police are concerned that there may be other victims. The dentist also works at Family Smile Dentistry at 3480 Lawrence Ave East in Scarborough.

Patel was arrested and released on an undertaking.
