The latest target of Grewal, who was also labeled a Hindu woman who allegedly changed her name to Grewal, were the Akali-Dal Badal leaders like drug-accused and jailed Bikram Majithia, the brother-in-law of party leader Sukhbir Badal as well as controversial Dear Bias Radha Swami head Gurinder Singh Dhillon, who helped Majithia get out of jail by making a deal with the centre-power BJP government.

LASALLE, ONT – A controversial Indo-Canadian woman from Ontario town of Windsor, who was called “social media shit disturber” for videos against Sikhs and others, has been stabbed to death.

Investigators identified the woman stabbed to death Tuesday night as Nancy Grewal, 45, of Windsor.

The latest target of Grewal, who was also labeled a Hindu woman who allegedly changed her name to Grewal, were the Akali-Dal Badal leaders like drug-accused and jailed Bikram Majithia, the brother-in-law of party leader Sukhbir Badal as well as controversial Dear Bias Radha Swami head Gurinder Singh Dhillon, who helped Majithia get out of jail by making a deal with the centre-power BJP government.

 “The LaSalle Police Service offers our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Ms. Grewal,” police said in a post on social media.

 “To ease public concern, we are sharing that investigators are viewing this as an isolated incident.”

While investigators have called the case an isolated incident, they have not revealed if a suspect is in custody.

Police and paramedics responded to a report of a stabbing shortly before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of Todd Lane.

First responders found a woman suffering from stab wounds.

Police said members of the Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services rushed the woman to hospital, where she “succumbed to her injuries.”

On Wednesday morning, officers had cordoned off two homes between Canada Street and Bishop Street on Todd Lane. There were also multiple evidence markers placed along a concrete path and up the stairs leading to the front door of one of the houses.

Officers also placed yellow police tape around a wooded area about a kilometre away, also on Todd Lane, where there is an entrance to walking trails near the Herb Gray Parkway.
