TRIBUTE TO USTAD NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN: The Master’s Nephews Rizwan & Muazzam Will Delight Audiences Saturday Night At The River Rock Casino In Richmond

RICHMOND – The nephews of the great Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan – Rizwan & Muazzam grew up under the Master's  shadow and tutelage to carry on with a family tradition which went back over 500 years.

Knowing very well that their uncle broke all boundaries to popularize Qawwali outside of the Indian subcontinent, it's nothing but a challenge that they embarked upon last year when their group travelled to England and Australia to pay a tribute to the Legend; and the deafening applause everywhere reassured their determination to bring it to North America, as well, as they started the first leg of their Remembering NUSRAT by Rizwan & Muazzam North American Tour 2018 at Toronto, Ontario.

Needless to say that the Pakistani and Indian Qawwali fans were there in huge numbers to give them a rousing reception and now British Columbians are looking forward to their first ever performance at the iconic RIVER ROCK CASINO & RESORT in Richmond, B.C. on Saturday, November 24th.

Qawwali fans are in for an incredible evening of Sufi Qawwalis as Muazzam & Rizwan, accompanied by their band members and clapping chorus, will regale all with Nusrat Sahab's evergreen qawwalis like Nit Khair Manga…, Akhiyan Udeek Diyan … , Tum Ek Gorakh Dhanda Ho… , Allah Hoo Allah Hoo … , Ni Main Jana Jogi De Naal … , Saanson Ki Mala … , Je Toon Ankhiyan De Saamne Nahin Rehna … and many more to remember the Pakistani Musical Ambassador who will always live in our hearts!

Tickets at $35, 45, 55, 75, 100 & VIP are available at Kamal's Video Palace ( www.kvpentertainers.com ) or www.ticketmaster.ca and may be available at the River Rock Theatre Box-Office on Saturday, Nov.24th after 6 PM. For information , please call KAMAL SHARMA at (604)833-1977.
