Well known filmmaker and DESIBUZZCanada Founder R. Paul Dhillon's feature film The Fusion Generation (DESI ANGREJ) will be making it's world premiere at the International Film Festival of South Asia (IFFSA) Vancouver on Sunday at 1pm at Surrey City Hall. IFFSA, which is well established in Toronto and is the largest Indian film festival in North America, made their Vancouver entry Thursday night introducing themselves with a bang by holding the Vancouver premiere of Bollywood mega blockbuster Thugs Of Hindustan. "I’m proud that my feature The Fusion Generation (DESI ANGREJ) is premiering at their inaugural edition in Vancouver," Dhillon wrote on his Facebook.

Raj Paul Dhillon is an award winning journalist based in Vancouver, Canada. He received his second National Best Editorial Award from the National Ethnic Media and Press Association of Canada, presented to him by Prime Minister Stephen Harper on November 21, 2010 in Toronto. Aside from an extensive writing/editing work with a number of newspapers and magazines (currently the editor of the South Asian LINK newspaper, the oldest South Asian newspaper in Canada), he has also done freelance writing for mainstream publications like The Vancouver Sun and Georgia Straight newspapers. He holds a degree in Communications and in Film from Simon Fraser University.
